"Just what in the hell do you think you are doing?"

Chandler yelled at both Ocett and the klingon officer. The brawl and whatever happened back there left everyone in shock. Chandler was unable to fully link into the Cardassian's mind. All he felt was raw emotion. If he did posses any telepathic abitlities, who would best? The Caitian or Ocett.

Chandler continued "You both are Federation officers and should cunduct yourselves as such. This is not the tension we need. We are going into the heart of Romulan territory. Do I make myself clear?"

"But he chose to dishonor-" began the Klingon.

"You have no right to judge. It is more honorable to keep to your self. You went looking for a fight instead. I will see what the Captain decides to do. Your dismissed."

They both turned to leave, but Chandler called Ocett to remain for a minute.

"Through my interrogation of others, I have eyewitness accounts that you struck first. As a superior officer, you will looked hard upon. Beware."

Ocett left. Chandler looked hard as he left. He almost expected something like this. And with all the trouble of giving clearance to the new stowaway, he just decided that things would get rougher.

He headed for the turbolifts when he bumped into Robbie.

"Greetings, Lieutenant."

Chandler merely nodded. He wasn't in the mood for conversation at the moment. However, Robbie continued to talk.

"I trust things went well. The brawl has most people shaken. But it is a part of life. Mr. Ocett; after loosing his wife, and finding new love-"

"LOVE!" Chandler roared, "Love is a wasted emotion. It is an uneccessary feeling of these humans."

The turbolift stopped, and Chandler exited, heading for the Doctor's quarters.

"Enter."

Chandler stood at the doorway seeing both the doctor and the stowaway. "I came to apologize to Genieve. I had no idea that the Doctor granted access to her room."

"No problem," said the young one.

"Doctor, for future notice, let me know beforehand. We are running a starship here. Not an orphanage."

With that, he left to continue his duties. Chandler still urgently needed to speak with the Captain about Ocett, especially after this incident. However, there were things to prepare for the mission.
